"Dear Kuya"

A radio program "Dear Kuya" La Verdad 1350 khz was successfully launched on January 14, 2013 headed by Kuya Daniel Razon and Bro. Eli Soriano.

 Wherein some of the students of La Verdad are volunteers in the said segment.

This radio program is very unique compared to other because of the advice that Bro. Eli and Kuya Daniel tells to the sender.

They sincerely responds to the problems that people have. Even the heart talk problems, they give advice. Advice from them that we can catch moral and valued lesson.

There are lots of wisdom and knowledge to learn. Open our hearts, and listen. I am really inspired when I listen to it.

Art Month

                                 


When we hear about art we usually think of painting, drawing or about architecture. Art is not limited as that. We can repair simple think as an art on how it is made, a drop of tears, a silent laugh is also an art.

 All things is around as is made up of art. But what about art month?

Art month is the unforgettable moment we had ever experience because of the activities that we did, we've developed cooperation, socialization, friendship and many other values that resulted team building.

Its pleasant to remember those instances in our life such as the said event. Though there are hardship every one had made their best to accomplish every activities.

Art month was ended the event in titled foundation week which was successfully celebrated by most of us.

I am hoping that this kind of event would happen again, giving us not only happiness but also learning and values that we could apply in our lives.

Christian Living Month

                                                     

A whole month celebrating Christian Living which is categorized in different aspect such as Gayak fashion show, bible preaching, quiz bible competition, choral, solo singing and dance competition wherein the participant  are the student of La Verdad Christian College.

In every category said, every students participated. One of these category is Gayak Fashion show. Most of the participants are non-brethren. They wear different kinds of casual dress which is implied in any occasion and situation. Like how you dress when you are in office, when swimming and doing an outdoor games.

When the first category finish everyone get more excited because the first category performed is just a twist. Cheers and applause' began when every representatives of their section in every category performed.

 Everyone was nervous while performing on the stage. You’ll see the determination and the cooperation of every participant while performing their task given to them.

Everyone caught the attention of the judges but they commented and scored them according to their performance. At last, the host announced the winner. MCT-13 got the championship title.

Favorite Gadget: Camera

"Camera"

 My favorite gadget is "camera". Camera because it captures different images that will remind me how

memorable moment was. Camera is the first gadget I want to have because of it's purpose. Even though I

don't have this still this is my favorite one. Last time my brother and I talked about it. I'm surprise when he

 said he will buy my favorite gadget. He will give it to me when I came back.

Movie review: Lord of the ring

"Lord of the ring"

     Although I have watched different kinds of movies like harry potter, crazy little thing called love, the  

notebook, 100 days with Mr. arrogant and other movies. I finished watching all the episode of "Lord of the 

Ring" together with my mother. It is like one of our bonding moment when we watch it. You know why I 

really like this movie? Its because of the lesson I learned from it. A lesson that whatever troubles you have 

faced continue what you have started, don't give up and give your best up to the very last to achieve your 

goals .

Eventhough I hear many music, this song "hiling namin"  inspire me most when I hear it. 

Not only because of its melodic sound but also in its lyrics. Aldo its my favorite one I seldom listen to it.     

    because as I play this song unmindfully tears fall down on my face. It deeply touch my heart and as I listen 

to it. I think someone is in the inner part of me saying.. "No matter how life is, be that stronger and keep 

holding on to the faith you have and to the truth you have learned and still learning".
